    Austin Bridge & Road is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Asphalt Operations team in Irving, Texas. We excel at what we do and are looking for talented construction professionals that want to excel with us.


    This position will provide assistance to the outside sales team to gain market share and profitability for the company. This role will also assist the dispatching team on delivery logistics to customers. 


    Support outside sales team in bidding all TxDOT, municipality, private, county, and annual contracts asphalt work. Duties to include:

    • Compile quotes for all jobs bidding and work with management on specification and pricing
    • Provide technical data/mix design information to customer with each job
    • Communicate to customers on delivery schedule 
    • Develop and maintain relationships with all key decision makers for current customers and prospective customers
    • Source prospective customers to identify potential business accounts


    Service Support

    • Assist dispatching team with facilitating customer orders
    • Provide customer service assistance on orders
    • Verify and confirm order quotes and specifications



    • Answer inbound and outbound calls 
    • Less than 10% of travel
    • Additional duties as assigned



    • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent preferred

    • Candidate must have 3+ years of experience in sales of asphalt or hot mix for the construction industry

    • Excellent customer services skills 
    • Strong Microsoft skills, especially in excel
