    Austin Bridge & Road is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for the Irving, Texas office.  We excel at what we do and are looking for talented professionals that want to excel with us. 


    The Accounts Payable Clerk codes and processes departmental invoices, voids checks, and invoices.


    • Processes departmental invoices (codes invoices and submits them for approval to Department heads)
    • Inputs invoices into CMiC for payment
    • Checks batches
    • Researches vendor statements and review discrepancies
    • Processes ComData credit card payments
    • Interacts daily with corporate and field personnel
    • Communicates with vendors daily to research payments
    • Performs other duties as assigned


    • 1 -2 years’ minimum experience in an Accounts Payable department
    • 10-key by touch
    • Proficient with Outlook
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
