Austin Industrial, Inc. is a leading General Contractor that provides construction, maintenance, turnaround and plant services within the oil, gas, chemical, power, and manufacturing industries.  We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator. 





  • Types of contracts supported include but are not limited to: Non-Disclosure Agreements, Sales/Purchasing Agreements, Sub-contracts, Consulting Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Master Agreements, Statements of Work, Outsourcing Agreements, and Amendments.
  • Create initial drafts of contract documents for internal approval.
  • Apply agreed upon edits, manage document version control and redline process.
  • Report contract status and progress in support of negotiations.
  • Research previous agreements and MSAs to ensure appropriate references.
  • Update contract template repository with templates provided by Legal (keep current, update repository).
  • Maintain library of required regulatory, technology and compliance provisions provided by Legal or Compliance.
  • Review and support contract renewal status.


  • Paralegal certification required.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • One to three years of experience in contract administration. 
  • Understanding aspects of the contracting process and contract requirements.
  • Working knowledge of standard commercial contract terms and conditions.
  • Fundamental understanding of project management.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, fluency in Excel required.
  • Sourcing experience helpful.
  • Experience with IT technologies contracting helpful.
