Austin Commercial has an outstanding opportunity for a Learning and Development Manager to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Dallas, TX. This position will oversee the training function for Austin Commercial. This includes assessing training needs as well as developing and coordinating the design and facilitation of progressive training programs (instructor led, e-learning, innovative solutions, etc.).
The Learning and Development Manager will work with leadership to define an organizational development strategy and coordinate resources to implement strategic training programs as well as define goals that are in alignment with such.
Minimum of 5-7 years of training/organizational development experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Technological acuity a must.
Innovative and “out of the box” thinker with an ability to implement.
