Do you want to make a difference when it comes to building iconic transportation infrastructure projects? Are you looking to put your strong, administrative skills to use? Austin Bridge & Road is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our our corporate office located in Irving, Texas. We excel at what we do and are looking for talented construction professionals that want to excel with us.


The Administrative Assistant will assist the Safety Department with reports and document management.

  • Support various departments with administrative needs
  • Disposition of mail and other correspondence
  • Book travel for departments and serve as a back up for the Executive Assistant
  • Assists with arrangements for company meetings
  • Additional duties as assigned


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two plus years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Experience with Worker’s Compensation and Safety programs a plus
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
