Are you looking to put your strong, heavy civil construction estimating skills to use while building roads and bridges? Austin Bridge & Road is currently seeking a Concrete Paving Estimator to be located at our corporate headquarters in Irving, Texas. We excel at what we do and are looking for talented construction professionals that want to excel with us.





The Concrete Paving Estimator will prepare cost estimates for concrete slip form paving operations for street, highway, and aviation projects.


  • Research and present bid opportunities for consideration

  • Review and analyze project plans and specifications

  • Perform quantity take-off

  • Prepare cost estimates

  • Solicit subcontractor and supplier quotes to assure sufficient coverage of all scopes on bid day

  • Assist in schedule preparation and analysis


  • Bachelor degree in related field (Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred)
  • 10+ years’ experience working on heavy civil construction projects with focus on concrete paving (Estimating experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of HeavyBid by HCSS, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Office
